Great for deadlifts - the 28.5mm diameter bar is easy to grip and the alloy steel gives it a little bit of whip. Hard chromed surface never tarnishes and is extremely scratch resistant. 

Bearings are hardened steel needle tapered rollers, designed for high impact. 

This bar possesses 50mm diameter free-rotating ends, which are compatible with any Olympic plates. Diameter is 28.5mm, net weight 20kg.
